I have been reading your posts & I would like to congratulate you! Great job!
Fasting is hard - and even harder tending & cooking for a family... good job and I hope you continue to stay strong, full of determination until you decide to end your fast.
I can understand wanting to lose a little extra so that when you resume eating, you can stay at your desired goal weight. You have made it this far, I think you can & will continue until you decide the time has come to end your fast.
Have faith & I wish you a healthy life after your fast.
