Day 1- Starting weight- 146.8 and I think I'll set my goal around the 130 mark. I feel really good at that weight although the family says I'm too thin there but that will allow a little wiggle room because when I start back on food, even raw, I always put a couple pounds back on.There might be some readers out there who may not be as interested in following this fast because I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but the less weight there is to lose, the harder it is to lose! At different points in my life I have had 50 pounds to lose so I've been on both sides.
Had the normal splitting headache today and just now at almost bedtime, did my stomach growl for the first time. I haven't been tempted by food at all today and that is totally not normal, so thank God and let's see what tomorrow brings. Tomorrow evening I will begin some type of cleanse or psyllium husks, etc to begin cleaning out- that way it's done over the weekend, not during the work week- been there, done that (not a wise decision). Until tomorrow- stay on track, you CAN do it!
