I'm Sandy, pleased to meet you :) I might try the thing from Wal-Mart to see how well that will flush me out haha it sounds hardcore. You are absolutely right, it's all about your mentality. I've done many fasts but I've attempted many more. It all depends how focused you are on the benefits and outcome. Oh and btw, all of my juice fasts end up partial water fasts, because I just never want juice. I think it's got to do with the thought of cleaning the juicer, too. hahah I hope you had a great day!!
