Gearing up for the cleansing fast! 3/10/09

Today is Tuesday, March 10th, 2009. Was planning to start a juice/water cleansing fast today but as I have strep throat currently, my husband talked me in to waiting til later this week. Getting supplies today and will plan to start Thursday, 3/12/09. I would really like some folks out there to take this journey with me. I've done these cleansing fasts for years now but the longest one I've completed was 15 days. 3 weeks ago I went 9 days, lost 10 lbs, and was well on my way. We had a family outing and the pressure from everyone was too much. After I ate I was just sick about it. I was mad at them, mad at myself, all of it. Anyone out there on the fence about starting, let's do it together. We start Thursday morning!
