end of day 3
72 hours fasting and counting
Date: 3/3/2009 4:30:07 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1450 times I'm just over 72 hours into my fast.
Woke with the same headache which unfortunately has not eased as the day has gone on. Was somewhat 'spaced out' and 'fragile' for the first 4 hours after waking up.
Took it easy at work. Completed a lot of outstanding jobs at my desk rather than my usual running around.
I have been/felt frozen to the core today. Will put an extra layer on tomorrow.
I managed another 10 miles on my exercise bike and did a full hour of yoga stretches.
I am having my final drink of the day and that makes 2 litres of water.
Start weight 17 stone 1 pound
todays weight 16 stone 11 pounds
I am feeling calm/at peace. All is well so far. I'm doing ok.
