I am 24 hrs and 30 mins into the fast. I've managed just one litre of water. I was never a big drinker of it. I will endeavour to drink more.

Kept activities to a minimum, bit of housework. No hunger pangs yet. Not even thought about food.

Headache just starting, sprouting up from my neck and pulling in the back of my eyes. Nothing new, been suffering with them a lot over past few weeks. Stress, the usual.

Off to have a soak in an epsom salt bath. Will have some more water before bed.
