Urine Therapy: I Need to Get it Right
I need to get this done for at least one month to prove for myself that Urine Therapy does work and I have not been drinking the pee for nothing.

Thank you Amasi for a little bit of inspiration. I feel like I can stop draggin my feet now.
Since my last blog I have not drunk an ounce. I couldn't, my mind just blocked it and then I stood in my own way with every reason under the sun from, I had too much protein yesterday, to I need to wash up first but I have to go right now and I refuse to drink without washing,. . . and it goes on.
It feels like I wasted 26 days that I could have been doing this right . . . I cannot believe they flew by so fast. I have still be reading and asking questions like crazy.
I found out that there is another person that is on it and she has lost weight too, although she is not really disclosing to anyone how she lost the weight she is just saying that she has changed her way of eating which she really has because there is also an eating plan that they follow too.
The eating plan is supposed to be small portions every three hours or so of green vegetables, fruits while following low glycemic index diet. No rice, pasta or white potatoes. I need to get the plan straight.
I need to get this right and keep iy right for a month so that I can tell that this works or does not work for me.
- Drink Morning Catch - 1 cup (8 oz)
*** to this morning cup I am going to add 2 tbsps of liquid chlorophyll with mint to make it taste better, plus there is the added benefit of clorophyll itself (this is the extract of alfala)
- Apply to face and let sit for 30 minutes before I shower in the mornings.
- Take one packet of Three Lac Probiotics in the morning.
*** Three Lac Probiotics is supposed to controll the candida in my body and should make it somewhat easier to lose the weight. - - I have a lot of what looks like dandruff in my hair and once my dermatologist informed me that it was actually yeast caused by the hot climate so I will see if this helps.
- Eat foods that are on the G.I. Diet that also appears on Alkaline forming fruits and veggies list (PORTION CONTROLLED)
- Portion food and eat small meals throughout the day (every 3 hours or so)
- 30 minutes of continuous exercise daily - walking, yoga, stairs (whatever works)
- Get plenty of rest
