Urine therapy the beginning - Why did I choose to do this?

My goal is to lose weight, get my diabetes under control and clear up blemishes on my skin.
I am 32 years old, female, 260 lbs at the start, I have diabetes with a blood sugar of 200 - 250 reading in the mornings without medication. I have been put on 1,000 mg of metformin twice daily by my doctor. Now I realise that I am getting older every day and the chances of my kidneys failing and losing a limb are very possible if I don't get my diabetes under control.
I want to know that I look good when I put on my clothes and I would love to be able to see my Vajayjay without bending over or tucking my belly to look. I would love to be able to cross my legs and not at the ankles either.
My plan is to lose weight get rid of the diabetes and be generally healthy.
