nina...i hope that you have not given up your desire to use urine therapy as a weight loss tool...let me tell you my experience maybe it will help...after struggling with my weight all my life and trying all the diets known to man - all the while riding that roller coaster ad nauseum - a little over 2 years ago i topped the scales at 201.5 and decided that was enough...for the past two years i have tried a number of diet and exercise plans which took of 20-25 pounds but it was a struggle to keep them off and i couldn't get any further...at the beginning of the summer i started with a total body cleanse for parasites from the "drnatura.com" website and with 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide by following the instructions on the "drinkh2o2.com" website where i first read about urine therapy at the end of the article on drinking food grade hydrogen peroxide...in late july after i came down with a sinus infection that no antibiotic could cure i decided to try urine therapy to see if i could clear it up...i noticed a change right away and after two weeks i was completely cured...my regime was to place a few drops of urine under my tongue mixed with some other vitamin b-12 drops just until i could get used to the idea of it...eventually i have been able to put the drops under my tongue straight and let them stay there for anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then wash them down with a glass of water...what i did not realize was that it also acted as an appetite suppressant and i began to lose weight...i had regained about 10 pounds and was back up to 187.5...i am now at 174.5 and feeling great...the urine gives me energy and suppresses my appetite...i have tried drinking a glass or two here and there but have found that two or three droppers full of my morning urine are as effective and easier to swallow - if you will pardon the pun...if you wish to contact me i can tell you how i customized the hydrogen peroxide regime so that it was easier to take as well and some other tips i can share with you as we take this journey...good luck...
