Farm Bill stagnates in the Senate
The Farm Bill continues to stagnate in the Senate, and will not be considered before Thanksgiving recess. In fact, House members have now introduced a proposal to extend the current Act for one year. This is in congruence with veto threats emanating from the Administration, and concerns about funding. OTA is monitoring on an almost-hourly basis as the Senate considers action, and will keep you informed via its Farm Bill Forum. To sign up for OTA’s Farm Bill Forum, ... read more

This is my mother’s birthday.
She died around the age of 52 in 1960.
I was 12 years old.
My father’s seed and my mother’s womb
got together. I can out of that.
I want to thank my mother for giving birth to me.
I have grown a lot during all these years.
I would like to do some good service in the next 20 years
based on all I have remembered about what it
takes to be a whole person on earth.
My 60th birthday is Monday
November 19.

Woke up feeling lonely
after a week of deep appreciation
that I made it through the Pacific Symposium.
My confidence levels were shot for about four months.
I was having nightmares about pulling this event off.
I did not want to get caught with my pants down,
so to speak, as if I had taken on more than I could handle.
For a number of weeks before the conference
my body started to hurt.
I was having shooting sciatica (sp?) types of pains
into my ankles and feet. This was scary.
I forgot that this was an ongoing condition

I am still tired from last weekend.
I am also very hopeful.
Just making it through feels like an accomplishment.
Birthday Plan?
Next Monday is my 60th.
I thought maybe having a Sunday or Saturday and Sunday activity
would be good, but I do not want to put out the energy.
I thought it would be fun to do something with the kids
from the Pac Sym. I thought maybe my inner child might like that.
Maybe it is my ego that would like that.
Right now, I feel like resting.

I love her singing.
Wow! My birthday is Monday November 19.

"How is your Soul inspired creating coming?
How can I encourage you?
What can I say?
What can I do to inspire you to realize

How can I love you?
Can you feel my love for you?
