This is the season of the Culinary Orgasm
here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
Angelene Frattalone, dressed in a lovely maroon dress
is racing out the door to see Kundalini, presumably some
master teacher.
I am unloading groceries:
I special ordered some Bragg Organic Extra Virgin
Olive Oil. WFM does not regularly carry this brand
in the Hillcrest store. It is my all time favorite Olive Oil.
When I see Patricia Bragg each year at the Natural Products Expo West
in Anaheim each year, she gives me a big bottle.
Yummy!
I also got some 100% Raw Sushi Nori from
Goldmine Natural Foods today at O.B. People's.
I love Jean Richardson of Goldmine for the incredible
products she puts out. Grains from Goldmine are top of the line.
You can order online from them.
I also picked up some Oregon brand Blueberries in the can
to go with my Natural by Nature Whipped Cream.
I love to smear this whipped cream in the palm of my hand
from the Frig, especially when Food Horniness is getting to me.
I don't mess with a disk or spoon.
I see where my Beloved sister, Lynn Gordon,
head of the French Meadow bread company in
Minnesota, has a new labor for her organic
Salt Free 100+% Rye Bread.
This is wheat free-yeast free- no pesticide--
No artificial ingredients, preservatives or sweeteners.
It is Your Enchanted Gardener's bread of choice.
In a pinch I smear it toasted with raw sesame tahini from
Jesse Schwartz's Community Tree brand. WFM carries
that brand. This is my favorite. Dr. Jensen tauted raw
sesame butter. My favorite smear is locally grown organic
cucumber from Joe the Farmer, Grapeseed Follow Your Heart
Vegenaise, raw tahini on this rye bread. I also like to put
on a squirt of Patricia Brass Liquid Amino's, and some
daikon radish sprouts, or other sprouts we grow here
in the new Mini Portable Enchanted Garden World Peace
Starter Kit.
I am looking forward to seeing "Because she is a Woman"--
one of the Seven Love Cures--
on the website from French Meadow Bakery.
Story of Lynn Gordon:

My second favorite breads from French Meadow Bakery
are the Women's Bread, and then the Hemp Bread.
I digest the Rye best.
