old friend, sound healer, Richard Lawrence
was at my side through the heyday of
New Age Ceremonies during the 80’s.
I believe had changed his name even back then.
Even then, he was a master of bowls and gongs,
a pioneer in the field of Sound Healing.
I am not sure what year he left....maybe the early 90’s.
He was a part of my being.
I never knew what happened to him,
although I heard he went to Europe.
The fire drew him out.
He called me just now from Boston.
He was in Europe for ten years, and did many

How healthy is the new Imac keyboard
and this 20 inch screen?
A Moth came in and went into a coma
on my keyboard yesterday.
I had been working all day,
really pushing it.
It was nice to have a natural visitor.
The moth just sat there on my Shift Key.
About 20 minutes went by.
I took some photos.
My inner child was happy o have the company
but then I realized the moth feel into some kind of stupor.
When I touched it, it feel over.

The air quality in my room
from smoke in San Diego burning
is enough to make me sneeze now
and burn my eyes.
This fire is a tremendous wake up call.
San Diego is one of the few places in the US
where balanced development in harmony with nature
could produce enough food to set a model for
true earth based Homeland Security.
Farmers here are stuuggling to survive
despite organic growing popularity.
Famrers are now being forced to adjust to
cutbacks in water due to environmental efforts

Ranch before 8 AM this morning.
About one hour away.

Ed Elkin, old friend, called before 8 AM.
He lives across from the Old JBernard Jensen Ranch
now owned by Stephen Markowitz.
There was fire about an hour away coming in the direction
of Hidden Valley.
He was concerned that the Fire Department was not responding.
They have so much on their hands.
I called the fire department from Valley Center
and spoke to Joy.
She said they were aware of it.
Ed says a big tree has fallen across the entrance way to the Ranch.
The flames were headed in that direction.
