Spring Smoothie

Serves 2-4
1 cup strawberries, top cut out (frozen strawberries can be used)
3-4 frozen bananas (peeled and frozen until solid)
2 tablespoons raw almond butter (optional)
1-1/2 cups fresh orange juice (fresh water )
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Break the frozen bananas into pieces. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve right away or stash in the freezer.

2 cups fresh carrot juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger (add more for a little more warmth)
1 medium avocado
1/2 cup fresh loose cilantro
1/4 cup loose parsley
1-2 teaspoons coriander seed, (whole coriander seed freshly ground is best)

* 2 -3 large handfuls of Spinach
* 1 large handful of Cilantro
* Juice of 1-2 Young Coconuts
* Meat of 1 Young Coconut
* Juice of 1 1/2 limes
* 1/4-1/2 cup Living Olive Oil
* Dash of Nama Shoyu
* 1/2 tsp. of mellow white miso
* 1 Poblano Pepper
* 1/2 jalepeno or habenero depending on how hot you like it!

* 1 whole small Cantaloupe
* Coconut Water from 1-2 Young Coconuts (make sure it is a sweet one)
* you can use purified water if you dont have coconuts
* 2 Medjool Dates with seeds removed
* tsp. Cinnamon
* 8-10 ice cubes
1) Scoop out flesh of the Cantaloupe and put in blender
2) Open a Young Coconut and taste to see if juice is sweet...if not, then open another. Pour into Blender

Ingredients
* Meat from Young Coconut
* Water from Young Coconut
* Papaya chunks
* Banana
* Dates
* Carrot Juice -a small amount
* Small piece of ginger pressed to get juice- use garlic press
* Macadamia Nuts -soaked
Blend until smooth, add more dates if you like it really sweet!

* 5 limes juiced
* 1 whole pineapple juiced
* 1-2 papayas
* 1 pint of Rejuvalac
* 1/2 c. Flax seeds finely ground
* 1-2 dates chopped
* 1 orange
* Celtic Sea Salt
Directions
1) Mix the rejuvalac with juices in blender
2) Add flax and papaya and blend
3) Take wine or Margarita glasses and put lime juice on the rim then rub rim into salt

1/2 water or celery juice
1 large stalk peeled celery, cut up
1/4 avocado
