Inorganic vs. Organic Minerals

Hello CZ Community,

I am happy this debate started as I have many unanswered questions about minerals. The first is this question about inorganic minerals vs. organic minerals.
Many people advocate the use of Sea Salt and sea water for health. According to grz, the sea minerals are inorganic. The folks that work with homeopathy work with inorganic minerals.

I just picked up a book by Patricia Bragg on water and she says to drink only distilled water. She says that the "inorganic" minerals in undistilled water will, over time, fossilize you. Others say that without minerals, water is dead.
Certainly for most of humanity, there was zero water purification.
Understandably now, we need some sort of purification due to our polluted world.

I will tell ya, I am confused by it all. Uniquity's first post is something to take into consideration as well as all the others. I have never taken CH because I had too many unanswered questions about it.

How about you, Hopinso, can you give a good explanation as to the whole inorganic vs. organic mineral issue?
