These are strongoloids. I had them coming out of my skin everywhere. My bed was full of "sand" every morning. You have to use Doxycycline, 100 MG twice a day. Yours is bad so you will need to do Doxycycline for at least 6 months. Use google and search for "Bird Antibiotics " to find a source. You also need to take Ivermectin twice a day. Buy the injectable like Ivomec 1%. Take the dosage for hogs that comes with the med every 12 hours by mouth. Don't put it in water because it is an oil and it will just stick to the glass. Just take the needle off and squirt it in your mouth and chase it with water. Tastes bad but you'll get used to it. You can purchase the injectable from an on-line farm store and even Amazon carries it but it is much more expensive on Amazon. You will need a 3 ML syringe and needle to get the Ivermectin out of the bottle. You will have to actually go to the farm store to get the syringe needle. For some reason on-line stores don't sell syringe needles. Buy the 18 gage.

Also, I found that swabbing the skin with Green Black-Walnut really helped to
kill the ones on the surface in the beginning. It is expensive. Available on Amazon. If you have a Black-Walnut tree it is free.

The other simple thing that works is Vick's vapor rub. Before I found CZ and meds I would coat my body with it every night.

Don't mean to scare you but this parasite will kill you. The sooner you use the tried and true treatment the sooner you will heal.

So sorry this is happening to you. Just know you are not alone it is happening to thousands of others. Once you get started on the Doxy and the Ivermectin let us know how you are doing.
You will need to start taking fenbendazole soon after starting the Iver and Doxy. But do it in steps. The Iver and Doxy kills the adults. the fenbedazole will kill the larvae. Doing all the meds initially will cause severe Herxheimer reaction and that can kill you because the parasite deaths dump toxic chemicals into you blood stream. You need to kill the adults to stop them from breeding before you go after the larvae.

There is NO quick fix. I've been at it for three years now. It's tremendously better but it's not over. You just have to accept the treatment as part of your life. Stronglyes are HIGHLY contagious. I suspect I got mine from sex. PM me if you have questions.
