I am ready to chuck all my supplements! I think my adrenal issues and anxiety are caused by stress. And so far, no supplement has been able to really help me. Instead I bounce around from feeling anxious to moody, etc. its made me OCD regarding supplements as I try to anticipate which one i will need to make it through the day.
I think I will simply try my own meditation. But what do you do when you are feeling overly anxious and you simply cannot calm down?
And thank you for the advise on devices. I was going to rent one. A AF doctor that quite a few people on the AF forum .work with advocates for these devices. I tried it for a month and didn't see any huge gains as was promised. Was thinking maybe I needed to revisit this since another book called rethinking adrenal fatigue also recomended at hese devices. After reading your post, I will skip it. Just more money out the door and something that isn't proven.
