Yes it sounds like AF.

You could consider the 4x saliva cortisol test, but it won't do maximum good unless the doctor accepts it and will prescribe meds based on it. Also if you never

It seems possible that your body can't keep up with production of needed stress related chemicals such as cortisol and GABA with your current level of stress.

However, you also have to deal with the long term issue of managing *your* body's ability to produce stress related chemicals. While lifestyle changes will be a factor, you may be able to help yourself somewhat with appropriate supplements--magnesium, maybe Glutamine and or GABA, pregnenolone, B vitamins, etc. Even a little lithium orotate might help until your body settles down.

Remember, Epsom Salt is magnesium sulfate. Mg, especially glycinate form, helps the body to make chemicals that typically have a calming effect. Sulfate is involved in breakdown of some natural chemicals that amp us up.

The dizziness might be related to another adrenal hormone, aldosterone. Are you taking enough fluids, sodium, maybe potassium too.

Much more could be said.
