Is it someones tonsils causingg problems if they eat and feel the food rubbing against their inner ears when they're chewing? Is it food rubbing against the adenoids or what? Also to note i used to have 2 mercury Amalgams in back teeth, that i had removed 3 or so yrs ago, n also left my wisdom teeth in too long bc i didnt realize how many people it was mandatory to get them taken out. And also i was hearing that tonsil stones are very common, so wondering if anyone had info about this n natural cures. I dont see any tonsil stones but they say a lot are microscopic. Also i never had my tonsils removed, why was it such a typical surgery in the past, n ppl say that all children have had tonsillitis before n often have to get tonsils removed. Ive been told i dont seem to have any earwax sometimes. Too complicated of a topic. The person said he has breathing felt in his ears, i have that too often. The air rushing into my ears. N this happens to other ppl but i habe been told its physically impossible. Sometimes when ive used ear drops in the past, apparently pressure has made the liquid appear to come out the other ear. Maybe its forcing water from the ears somehow, no idea, but it would happen everytime i was using benzocaine eardrops yrs ago so i stopped using any. Of course it cant go thru my head lol but totally wondered how that happens. Whenever my eyes water, water wells up in my ears. Nobody ever said my tonsils seem swollen either, so how does someone find out if they have microscopic tonsil stones? I suggest you start increasing sulfur intake from either msm, garlic, flowers of sulfur (I want to have a brimstone/FOS forum started), eggs, cysteine, or wherever you can find sulfur that your body tolerates.
Report back after that.
You can also try h202 therapy in the ear canal - read up on how to do it safely.

Most likely bc of my spine disorders such as neck straightening, disc wedging where my neck appeared misplaced n looked broken, also im told my eardrums are retracted. but there are other complications, some listed. Was slso a smoker over a decade n had my eardrum busted when my ex hit me. Add to that mercury amalgams and yeah, its just way complicated. Tonsillectomy Cured My Bad Breath After 13 Years!
BEFORE TONSILLECTOMY:
It has been 5 days since I had my tonsils removed by traditional method. It's the best thing I have ever done. Having suffered with bad breath from the time I was 14 or 15 right up until this point (I'm now 28) I had given up all hope that there was ever a solution to this embarassing problem.
My tongue had always been coated yellow/white and 'hairy' looking during this time and I used to spend 20 minutes morning and evening brushing my teeth and tongue to try remove it. It always came back within an hour or so along with a manky taste.
It was only last year when I was coughing up tonsil stones I realised where my tonsils actually were and went at them. I was able to squeeze out numerous small foul smelling stones and puss. That's when I realised that my tonsils must have a chronic low grade infection with the last 13 or so years.
I went to my doctor and insisted on a consultation with an ENT surgeon regarding this problem and also nasal congestion I'd had for years. I had become addicted to Sudafed nasal spray and needed it in order to breathe through my nose.
I didn't brush my tongue the morning of my ENT appointment (gross! I hated leaving the house without completing my pain in the ass brushing ritual) so the consultant could see the problem I had been showing my doctor and complaining about for ages.
Within two seconds of looking in my mouth he said I needed my tonsils out. I couldn't believe it I was delighted I thought I was going to have to put up alot more of a fight and had come prepared with 2 A4 pages explaining my symptoms ha!
So anyway I had the surgery last Tuesday under general anaesthetic. Everything went very smoothly and I was eating toast within 3 hours of coming around. I had some morphine through IV and then followed with Oxycodone that night and again the following morning. I was discharged after breakfast of corn flakes, a boiled egg and soda bread.
I'm on day 5 now and I'm not gonna lie I do have a good bit of pain. I'm taking Lemsip Max 1000mg paracetamol every 6 hours and Ibuprofen 400mg + Codeine Phosphate 26mg every 8 hours.
My tongue has looked completely different since the surgery. It's amazing it's pink and moist and coating free. I do have a horrible taste in my mouth right now but it's just a horrible taste of dried blood from the surgery. I know that will resolve so I'm very excited to reach the end of the healing process!
I'M WRITING THIS IN THE HOPES THAT IT WILL HELP SOMEONE ELSE WITH THIS HORRIBLE PROBLEM TO DECIDE WHETHER A TONSILLECTOMY IS RIGHT FOR THEM. I FEEL IT'S A VERY SAFE PROCEDURE NOWADAYS AND IF IT CAN CURE YOUR BAD BREATH LIKE IT HAS MINE THEN YOU SHOULD FIGHT TO GET IT !!!!
AFTER TONSILLECTOMY:
Note: You can see the scabs in my throat from the surgery. This yellow / white color is normal and is not infection. Should resolve itself as time passes from what I've read.

My Bad Breath Cure: Clean Your Tonsils and How to Do It!
I finally cured my bad breath and want to share the story so others can do the same. I created a website with more info. https://www.itsyourtonsils.com See my first blog post below.
I had bad breath. It was obvious. First a good friend mentioned it, then a co-worker, then I overheard a few comments and saw people's expressions change when we were talking. Something had to be done. But what? I already brushed my teeth regularly. So I started flossing religiously too. No change. I learned how to check my breath (lick the inside of your wrist, wait 15 seconds, and smell). I was doing it obsessively and realized my problem was even worse than I thought. I even noticed that my breath still stunk right after I brushed. How was that possible? Where was it coming from?
Online research made me question my diet. Should I stop eating cheese? For me that would be a major sacrifice. Garlic? It didn't seem to matter what I ate, the stink was still there. I decided to get my wisdom teeth out, something that had been recommended but never seemed necessary since they didn't bother me. Maybe the pockets around them were trapping food and causing the smell? This seemed like a great theory and I looked forward to ridding myself of the odor.
Unfortunately, the smell only got worse during the healing process and then remained once the holes closed up. What the heck?! Where to from there? I started drinking apple cider vinegar and gargling salt water. You name it, I tried it. But it seemed like the smell was just out of reach for these methods. Finally I read something about tonsils and tonsil stones. After the first time I stuck my finger that far back and caught a whiff of the grossness, I knew I was finally onto something.
I used my finger to remove my first few tonsils stones. I did it in the shower and made myself gag a lot, but every stinky morsel that came out made me want to go back for more. My dentist had given me a mouth syringe after my wisdom teeth were removed, the perfect tool for rinsing tonsils and flushing out tonsil stones. I used it to remove what felt like 20 or more small stones.
Getting more and more familiar with my tonsil area, I pulled the flap of skin that guards the tonsils and found a huge hole. I think years of debris and bacteria were resting in that hole with no escape. I started flushing that hole twice a day with a solution of water and vinegar. Sometimes I would gag a little or my eyes would water, but I didn't care. Within a week, my bad breath was clearing up. I could check it any time of day and it wasn't atrocious. This was a major breakthrough. And it kept improving.
I now flush my tonsils every couple of days. Sometimes I find small stones but usually I just flush out whatever saliva or debris is trapped there. At one point I thought I would have to live with bad breath for the rest of my life, chewing gum, brushing after every meal and avoiding talking too close to people. It amazes me that the solution was so simple, so inexpensive and just sitting there in the back of my mouth the whole time.
Everyone who has tonsils: start cleaning them immediately! Make it part of the routine. I improved the quality of my life with a few simple tools for about $10. I don't know why this isn't common knowledge yet, but hopefully it will be soon. Feels like my life is hell now...I so wanted to have a nice conversation with my friends , but the bad breath stopped me from doing so , it's all because of my coated tongue that my breath is bad because I went to the dentist also but he said that my teeth are okay , and I don't have any digestion problem also , so it's the coated tongue because whenever I clean the tongue with a tongue cleaner the breath becomes fresh but after 5-10 mins it's coated again and my mouth starts stinking again...I'm just so depressed as I cannot talk with anyone , especially in school where u have a lot to discuss...please suggest a medicine to get rid of the coated tongue ...please help ...please my exams are also coming and I'm not being able to stop thinking of my bad breath because it's affecting every part of my life. ..please help!!!!...

Strong body smells and bad breath are often caused by emotional issues of wanting to isolate oneself. In some cases it's about keeping somebody away out of your life. \
I knew a young MD whose breath would wilt flowers. When I worked with him, it came out that he was unsure of his abilities and subconsciously didn't want patients for that reason. When he heard this, he had his AHA moment and his breath within a few hours was much improved.
A woman had the breath that could make a hog farmer's eye's water. Her husband had been cheating on her and she wanted him far away and out of her life. But her financial situation at the time left her stuck. But her breath did improve and eventually the couple reconciled. I was told it took months to get the smell out of the bedroom.
So the first question is, who is it that you want to distance yourself from?-

I'm not saying you are an isolated person, I'm saying you may want to isolate yourself from a particular individual or situation. Not everybody out there is a nice guy. Both cases above were not about loners. They were normal people just like most others.
As I have written on many occasions, far too many want the magic wand and not get to the root. Sooner or later you may resolve the issue on your own and the bad breath will go away all by itself.
Only about 10% will accept my explanation. Most do not and some are still here on curezone after 7 years still seeking answers. Hopefully your issues will quickly self resolve.
However simple gargling with a mouth wash may temporarily dampen the effect of a possible candida infection. Likely you have already tried that and it's not working.
Candida can be overcome by (depending on which part of the healing phase you are in) by taking lots of probiotics, yogurt and things of that nature. The process can take more than 3 or 4 weeks. If that doesn't do it, then you are in a hanging healing phase with continuing unresolved subconscious emotional discord and there is nobody on this planet that is immune to this.-

It's caused by actinomycetes I believe many people are getting this kind of infection and they don't know what it is and doctors aren't well versed in it at all. It's easily spread via bodily fluids especially saliva and stool. I have circular shape sores all over my body from this infection it's horrible. The source of my infection was from a supplement called deer antler velvet spray which came from New Zealand. Sure enough I looked into infectious diseases of New Zealand and the 2nd disease down was T. whipplei. I have all the proof and evidence and the doctors still aren't believing me and can't diagnose me with it. I've had to rely on self treating. Just started taking black seed oIL and that's been helping me along with Bactrim ds, amoxicillin, hydroxychloroquine, and drinking baking soda with acv and lemon in it. I've been through hell with all of this yet I'm still fighting and still trying to get help and treatmental for it. I believe there's an epidemic of this happening in our country right now and the medical field is in the dark about it because of the lack of testing for it and because big pharma probably wants to keep it under wraps so people like myself will rely on their medications which is only masking the problem not helping it or curing it. -

I totally understand what you’re trying to say ...but in my case that’s not the case ...hey I just found out I have tonsil stones in my mouth and that’s causing my breath to smell bad ...it’s not ....

The white coated tongue still has meaning and most likely a separate issue.
But this opens up a new set of questions. I'll be short there are other questions, but it seems you may not be interested in getting to the actual root. 90% are not.
Did anybody use guilt or shame to control you? Explore unexpressed anger, rage, resentments especially in the months prior to the start of your issue. Do you want love or appreciation but don't get as much you want?
If you don't have any of these, you are either Jesus Christ or you are dissociating from your emotions.
By clearing up your suppressed emotions not just will the stones clear up, many potential health issues will be prevented and your life quality will greatly improve all across the spectrum without having to force it.

I'm back with pictures and I'm sorry in advance because I know it's nasty but I really need help! I need answers I just want to get rid of this for once and all I feel disgusting and no doctors give me answers they all say this is normal but it's clearly not.
Zoom in on my lips in the corners you see the bumps and on my top lip you see the bumps. If you look at my tonsils they look irritated and gross and my tongue looks nasty too. My mouth was not like this everything was pink and nice! If you look at my skin it's horrible now the corners of my mouth has whiteheads popping out and my nose if full of blackheads..he'll all of my face is covered with black heads and this all started at once. Please I'm begging anyone if you know anything help me!-

I am 22 years old. I have hoarse voice something similar to teenage boys..
I have visited many ENT specialist for the concern.. Every time they say there is allergy in my throat and nothing else and gave me medical prescription.
But nothing went good for me. I every time feels hoarseness in my voice.
I am very disappointed for my future concern. Every time doctor say allergy but it never been treated which affect my voice.

Salivary glands and bruising(?) near moles after starting lugols
I just started Lugols 5 days ago and have been supplementing with selenium and magnesium and doing a salt flush with pink himalayan once a day. I started with one drop in my morning water and have increased to 4 when I woke up today. I have been checking my pH when I wake up and it has been slightly acidic, around 6.5, but this may be due to excessive alcohol consumption (which im hoping Iodine therapy will help make it easier to quit). I have been experiencing some pain around what seems to be my left salivary glands (not 100% sure but somewhere in that area). Before I started I was experiencing some discomfort in the area when I had my head turned down or swallowed, but not exactly pain. I work in an industrial spice environment so I had been trying to tell myself it must just be allergies and irritation from the spices, but I think there may be something else going on.
Something else I have noticed, which I am highly curious about since I haven't yet been able to find any cases of people experiencing the same thing, is that two of my moles have developed what look like bruises directly next to them, roughly 2-3 times the size of the mole. I used to see a dermatologist annually because I have a lot of moles and I have had two removed in the past. Could this bruising perhaps mean that there may be abnormal cells associated with these two moles that the Iodine is attacking?-

It's possible that the pain around your salivary glands reflects your sodium-iodide symporters needing support. Try Vitamin C 1 gram three times a day.
It's also important to use either ATP Cofactors or a generous amount of Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B3 (as inositol hexaniacinate).
It's early days with your Iodine supplementation, too early to know what effects it may have for you.-

One of the moles that had a bruise appear next to it is on my lower right back. Another bruise appeared about an inch away and when I woke up today the upper right of my back had a wincing pain, lasting for a few hours and then becoming more mild. I started taking more vitamin C and plan to pick up cofactors/B's tomorrow. I painted both of the moles (and a few other spots) yesterday and halved the number of drops of Lugol's in my water, but took the regular 4 drops today. I'm a little worried that there may be an issue with this particular mole. The bruise that developed with the other mole (on my arm) is already fading. The mole on my back has gotten bigger over the years but I assumed it was just from gaining weight and the skin stretching.

Tonsil stones solved
About a year ago I started noticing these little foul smelling whitish stones coming from my throat. I wouldn't say I'm a long term sufferer but it has obviously being an underlying issue for me, I have always been conscious of my breath.
It started maybe one every few weeks but as the year progressed and I became more conscious of these it became more common as in a couple every week. This is when my obsession with finding a cause and cure began. I have had sleepless nights over this and I'm glad to say I an rest easy now.
I didn't actually realize how many folds and crevasses are contained on your tonsil and started off just poking with whatever I could find that wasn't sharp so like a handle of a brush. Without much success the poking wasn't helping and they continued to haunt me. I was and still am so paranoid about my breath as these stones smell like nothing you have smelled before absolutely vile.
A lot of the should be solutions do not work, poking alone will not rid the particles and they will quickly form again, the same for gargling / brushing / flossing / coughing. Before I describe my method, one thing I need to say is - GET TO KNOW YOUR TONSILS. You need to know the location of every crevasse and fold to keep them impeccably clean.
Once I located some crevasses I was utterly shocked in how much gunk they could hold.
Here is my method, I can say since I started this my breath is a lot fresher every morning, but the key is CONSISTENCY.
The winning thing I have discovered a specialized Syringe with a long bendy nose that allowed you to fill with liquid and insert gently into the crypts and folds and rinse with high pressure.
Just google search Monoject syringe to view it.
Every night -
1 - Floss thoroughly
2 - Scrape Tongue with teaspoon
3 - Fill small bowl with 100mm Water and salt.
4 - Set up a light in a comfortable position so both hands are free, fill syringe with water mixture and begin to flush out tonsils completely.
5 - Once tonsils are completely flushed check again and press with finger to put pressure on the crevasses, ensure all discharge etc is non existent.
6 - Gargle AGGRESSIVELY with remainder of salt water.
7 - Brush teeth very well (I use an electric toothbrush)
8 - Brush tongue (I use a soft bristled manual brush)
9 - Gargle Non alcoholic Listerine.
This takes me approx 15 minutes every night but gladly it is effective and I cannot reiterate how important consistency is.
I am still coming to terms with having to do this for the rest of my like and am not against a tonsillectomy sometime.
I actually jabbed the back of my throat badly with the syringe once and was in so much pain and sick of the process I was sure to go for the operation but I haven't even had an initial consultation yet so it is still a bit off.
This has disturbed me so much, I just hope it can help somebody else.
I'm interested in comments on surgery and if I should / shouldn't consider.-

Before trying anything else, you should try any one of a number of Candida treatments. I believe in 28 days of 2 million units of Nystatin. And/or Itraconazole, and depending on where you live in the world, these are either cheap and over the counter or immpossible to obtain. I'm in Australia and it's somewhere in the middle. LOL.

...Commercial products only mask, or worsen the problem. Chronic bad breath can only be cured if you understand the underlying root cause.
SO WHAT TO DO
1) Check with your dentist to rule out any oral health issues.
2) Check with your doctor to rule out any disease/infection which may be causing it.
- Get all your cavities fixed. The worst smell is in the crypts and on the tongue. Floss and scrape everyday. Brush your teeth twice daily. Change and keep your brush clean. Tonsil stones, allergies, or nasal congestion and postnasal drip can also cause it. Nasal irrigation is God sent - it helps.
If according to the doctors you are healthy..
Then THE REASON for faul breath, is because you are eating things your body can't digest. So as long as you do the first, you will have the second.. Difficulties in digestion are usually due to imbalanced gut-flora (flora is responsible to digest food and immune system). Use of Antibiotics /unhealthy foods/stress/low stomach acid, may cause this imbalance. When the body can't "clean" itself properly due to imbalanced flora it causes bad smell. Note, it can develop over time, even if you could digest it perfectly before. Only proper DIET rebuilds the gut flora and cures bb. It's a boring answer, but it's the truth(!)
ELIMINATE one of the foods (mentioned below) for 1 week. And notice how you react. Continue to the next food, and so on.. Soon you will know what food was the bad guy!
1) GLUTEN (it's in so much). 2) MEAT. 3) MILK. 4) SUGARS.
If you manage to find the "bad guy" food, discontinue its consumption, and you will find relief within 2-3 days.
The reason we fail to cure bb, is because many of us live in societies where it is difficult to eat natural foods. People who eat organic and fresh do not have bb, not chronically. The body is natural and it can only metabolize natural substances. Please understand this (!!) *Eat organic/natural foods only. *Use organic toothpaste and rinse with salt water. *Promote a good gut-flora with live probiotics- kefir, sauerkraut and other fermented foods may help. *Add probiotic tablets (of good quality, not all work). *ACV or ginger with meals are good for digestion. *Drink water in between meals, rather than with.
Eliminating Sugar helps - it is only hard the first 2 weeks. Gluten - free is good for everyone. Gluten destroys the gut- lining (research about it!). All diseases come from nutrient deficiency or toxin overload in the body. That is why a healthy Diet is crucial. Not only for bb. A good diet will help with everything else too. Good Luck.
