Even though Ms.Braggs does not believe in eating Seasalt , she has a photo of herself with Dr. B. from the Water Cure . Go figure, huh?

The one thing that stands out to me is that Mr. Bragg had white hair. A lot of people that are into trace minerals get a lot of their hair color back.

The thing about distilled water is that this is not the normal way humans would ingest water.



I grew up on the coast and those that spend a lot of time in the water, do seem to be healthier and more mineralized to me. I think we do get minerals from our environment. I have always heard that it was the heavy metals we have to worry about the most.

Perhaps distilled water has its place for some conditions and so does spring water.
Again, no hard fast rule applies all the time.
