I better stop trying to answer for Loquat since I don't want to misrespresent exactly what he believes about these things but I'm pretty confident he believes the rapture will be exactly as it's described here in 1 Thess.
15For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. 18Therefore comfort one another with these words.
And when the Lord returns, that will be the end of the world as we know it:
2 Peter 3:
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.
11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! 13 But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.
Read the rest of 2 Peter 3 for much more about all that.
Loquat is making fun the erroneous imaginations of Premillennialists, which have no basis in scripture, such as the common idea that christians will be raptured while the unbelievers are left here to carry on with their lives here without them.
