master cleanse journal #1 19 y
some master cleanse notes
My aunt sent me a box of limes from her yard. Very good since I was considering doing the Master Cleanse. I can work and go to the gym while doing the cleanse. Tomorrow I am juicing all the vegetables I bought the other day and taking it to work with mke. I’ll need it since I won’t have any coffee :sigh: It’s amazing what we people can turn into an addiction. I am doing the cleanse for ten days to start. Whenever my fiance visits I always have amazing flashes of brilliance and inspiration. I also need to kick up my wedding dress weight loss program up a notch. I am confident I’ll be able t ... read more
sunday roundup 19 y
a brief summary of my week.
First of all, I’d like to report the SUN IS SHINING in New York :-)
I got into the doldrums and got a little sick this week. I had my yearly weather turnover cold and stayed in bed all day. Needless to say, I hardly exercised this past week. My legs were killing me after a workout so I decided to let go for a few days to recover. I lost a total of two inches off my waist so I’m now a 32 waist or a 32.5 with the tape very loose. My long term goal is 25. A bridal corset will easily take care of the half an inch ;o) I am eight inches away from my goal. My short term goal is to be able to f ... read more
Saturday morning progress report 19 y
meandering morning thoughts
Well I’m marking this day as the end of my period. It started tuesday and ended today. I will see if there’s any spotting. The next one should be watched carefully. I want to see how a full month of exercising and working affects my period.
I have also lost weight but no measurement update. It’s early in the morning and I can’t find my measuring tape. I woke up this morning without an alarm clock at about 5:15. Got out of bed at 5:30 and am reading a bit of news before my cup of tea.
Last night I worked out for an hour and that was it. I didn’t eat a lot and so didn’t want to stress ... read more

brief morning note
Went with Sophie around the block today. No one is going to be home to let her outside. I’ll have to pass back home and give her a run around the block. If my sister says she’ll be home early from work, I won’t.
I’ll need to get outside tomorrow morning early and start my fall garden clean up. I need to do pond water changes, cut back dead plants, prune my pumpkin patch... speaking of which I can’t believe there’s a pumpkin growing! The tomato patch is going to have to go bye-bye for the most part. I’ll turn it into a compost heap and let the pumpkin growing behind it run all over.

My Review/Thoughtful Notes on the ebook Raw Vegan Muscle Mass by Storm Talifero (updated) 19 y
raw food ebook review notes
I have read the ebook ’Raw Vegan Muscle Mass’ and want to give my opinion on it. Frankly, I think it’s an excellent ebook, as far ebooks go, on the topic of exercise and diet. I am not a man, I’m a woman with a body composition that has lots of muscle, esp. in the legs and have always been attracted to body building. When I did weight lifting, I could easily lift more than one hundred pounds from the floor. Guys would offer to help me which I don’t mind because I love it when men behave like men. However, sometimes I liked to show off and pick up the boxes anyway.

Morning rain in the garden 19 y
morning thoughts
I found that there is something inherently magickal about walking barefooted in the grass in the midst of a gentle downpour. I’ve not been in my garden during the midst of my depression. This morning as I woke up, I knew that 1. I wanted to fast today because I’m happy I have a job 2. wanted to go walking and 3. needed to clean my fish pond and garden. Anyway, my tomato plants have been so patient and kind with me that they’re producing more tomatoes than I can eat :-) Hence, there’s always some to grab and eat in the kitchen. Also, I planted a pumpkin plant too far up in the corner where ... read more

exercise notes
I weighed myself yesterday 164.
My measurements are:
waist 33.5
hips 40.0
abs 39
thigh 24
My goal is of course to fit into my wedding dress but to be fit and healthy and live a very long life is my long term goal. I don’t want to get down to a size six and get fat again.
My one month goals are:
weight 154
waist 32
hips 38.5
abs 38
thigh 23
I think a month goal of ten pounds and one inch increments is reasonable and I’ll be sure to strive to surpass my own goals.

Original Pain and Soul Ties 19 y
psychic/spiritual soul ties
I found this off the internet when I ’googled’ soul ties...
NO DEMONS ALLOWED
SOUL TIES
I Samuel 18:1 ”When David had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own life.”
A soul tie is formed when you are extyremely close to someone or something, i.e. best friends, your car that you must wash every week. A soul tie is also formed with every person you have had sex with. Demons cause you to have ungodly soul ties.
We can form ”Godly” as well as ”ungodly” soul ties with our family, friends, pastors, other ... read more

some notes about my wedding dress and last week
Happy Sunday everyone. It’s not exactly a ’woe’ but it’s a size 6 wedding dress that cannot be altered ((shudder)). I am currently a size 14. The wedding is in June 2006. The dress is GORGEOUS. I’m going to try to upload some pics so you can see it later. It’s just beautiful though. It was a bright spot in an otherwise horrible that sucked ass.
So here it is. I am currently about 170 pounds with a waist size of 33.5 inches. I can step into the dress and yes it actually made it up over my butt (that was a surprise). It doesn’t zip up obviously but boy does it look great with heels.

brief miscellaneous thoughts
I’ve done enough thinking about this hurricane without consideration for myself. I read on the internet that Bourbon Street Bar is open for business. Just shows the can-do spirit of Americans. I’m sure Mardi Gras will happen *lol* Yet those wonderful folks in Missippy...we can’t forget them or those in Bama. They’ve not rioted at all it appears. The reasons behind that are probably for another blog at another time. I just don’t have the time or the strength to do a political blog, nor do I want to. I enjoy posting comments elsewhere but I rather spend time now having the best life ever.

brief note about my energy burst
I’m still awake. I read three books in one day today and am getting so many ideas downloaded into my consciousness it’s CRAZY!! LOL I can’t imagine what some serious fasting, eating 100% raw and serious prayer and meditation will do. I’d never go to sleep!!! I’m awake watching CNN and Fox News coverage of Hurricane Katrina. hurricane katrina comments
First off, any Curezoners in New Orleans shouldn’t even be reading the internet! Those in the path of Hurricane Katrina should be considering how to prepare for this hurricane of biblical proportions. Here’s where being raw fooders comes in handy.
Some suggestions:
ample supply of distilled/spring water...Walmart sells these very cheap.
lots of garlic, parsley,goldenseal,etc.
hardy fruits like apples and watermelons
I am watching Weather Channel coverage and am going to pray for all those involved. This is not looking good at all!!! If I find any interesting links/info I will post ... read more

brief notes about my evening
I messed up today and ate some food. I didn’t go crazy and stuff my belly but I still ate something and had some coffee. My first lesson from this is that I’m not going to tell anyone I’m fasting in the future. People in general trend towards negativity and judgmentalism. Jesus knew what he was talking about when He said fast in private. I don’t think He was just addressing hypocritical pharisees alone. Given that God walked the earth in the form of Jesus Christ, I think He knew above all the hearts of people. That doesn’t mean I won’t post future fasts on Curezone. It just means I won’t b ... read more
Day Two of my Spiritual Fast 19 y
morning notes
Today I woke up and had a lemon in some water. Before I left to walk to Walmart, I had some more lemon with a bit of molasses for strength. That worked and I was able to walk to Walmart which is about a mile and a half from my house. I bought a bag of fruits and vegetables ($3.54) and bought a pack of paring knives from Walmart because I really needed a grapefruit. The grapefruit juice held me on the way back from Walmart. I was really tempted to take the bus but something within me said NO you can make it. My legs got a little stiff so I stopped and did some stretching and was able to mak ... read more
