Fibroid Update 3 y
no cancer, fibroid hardly grew, one in-one out ovarian cyst situation and...I'm probably peri-menopausal
Left cyst resolved.
Right ovary has a hemorrhagic cyst and the fibroid grew by 0.6cm...I did have a lot of soy and wheat recently but who knows. I am cutting it all out, soy, and also my collagen creamer for coffee.
My six months plan is to eat healthy low carb. When fruits come into season, I will eat them. I had two oranges today and they were AWESOME. I was hungry too lol so there’s that. I also added more vegetables, and avocado has returned.

I registered for the Gerson Home Therapy course. I am learning a lot of interesting things. Some of them are scientifically out there, and questionable. I like to have some studies and not just take people’s words especially when dealing with health issues. Then there is the cost issues but I have a good job, and don’t mind spending money on juice powder etc. I have a Breville juicer, 15yrs old! and also a champion juicer and a kitchen aide blender. No excuses though, I will use what I have.

I rented the film The Food Cure. I do not have cancer. I did a modified version for my mom to get ready for surgery to remove her cancer. They loved it at Memorial Sloan Kettering. And she was allergic to the chemo and since she said she wasn’t going to do any chemo she just continued to eat healthy. She remains in remission.
While I do not have cancer, I have a fibroid and a cyst. I shrank my cyst a bit with low carb. The fibroid is still there and probably will remain till I deal with all my emotional businesses!

My Heal Thyself Mission for the World
As a starseed, and Earthling in a human container, I need to get back on the healing journey. So much has happened as I read through my curezone journals.
And despite BLM and rioting and elections, I believe now more than ever, we ALL need physical and spiritual healing, not just the black sistahs. After living in this middle-lower class white area for yaers, white folks are just as womb sick.

Today I had an experience where I dwelled on past boy crushes and started berating myself by looking up what happened to these boy crushes in my freshman year of high school. I took all what had been done to me in the years before attending freshman year of highschool and used it as a sword against my own heart and mind and spirit.

Someone gave me a R alert for something I said in my blog. That’s very nice. A few of my blogs (actually a lot of my blogs) have gone by the wayside. I’ve been so busy but I think I will resurrect someone of them.
It’s a conincidence that someone would read my blog at a time when I picked up the Sacred Woman/Heal Thyself book again. My fibroids have not grown but I do continue to get breakthrough bleeding. I’m attempting to regulate my periods, heal my fibroids and eventually get pregnant through regular sacred sex. It is a master remedy for uterine trouble. Taken up till the first day of the period, it gets a sluggish uterus going. I remember giving this to my mom when she had fibroids. It shrank hers so fast, one actually ruptured! The gynae surgeon was amazed actually. I wish my mother didn’t have her uterus removed but I think she still has her ovaries.
