Fibroid Update
no cancer, fibroid hardly grew, one in-one out ovarian cyst situation and...I'm probably peri-menopausal

Right ovary has a hemorrhagic cyst and the fibroid grew by 0.6cm...I did have a lot of soy and wheat recently but who knows. I am cutting it all out, soy, and also my collagen creamer for coffee.
My six months plan is to eat healthy low carb. When fruits come into season, I will eat them. I had two oranges today and they were AWESOME. I was hungry too lol so there's that. I also added more vegetables, and avocado has returned.
Basically, fish, chicken, and a lot of vegetables. I had three cups of vegetables with my protein today. I will also be doing a green juice a day, and when vegetables come into season, I will make fresh juice. Until then I am committing to the daily juice. I want to try to cut coffee down again. Tomorrow is as good as any to start.
The last two weeks have been emotional for me, but I keep in mind, I have a chance. I do not have stage 4 cancer. I just have stage 4 first world privilege lol to be blogging about my health issues and throwing money at holistic solutions or I'd remove my uterus and be done with it.
But I don't want surgery, and my gyno says I do not need it. My doctor is confident I can shrink it, or at least not have it grow even more. I have to cut out all bread, not even cheat slices.
No wheat, no soy, no sugar...I don't do sugar anyway. I'm not a afraid of fruit. I will enjoy nature's candy on my high exercise days.
