3, 2, 1 - Countdown to 6 months of Rebuilding
So far so good . . .
Date: 8/3/2007 8:25:03 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1803 times August 3rd - Day 3 Morning (9:15am) The probiotics are definitely working. I took three tablets yesterday. I think that's enough for now. I will likely begin taking only two next week. Withing minutes of finishing my 12oz glass of lemon water, I had a movement. It was my meal from yesterday. Of course, I believe the fiber from the black beans and flax meal helped as well. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. I have to remember to do that. I have a lot to do between now and 3 pm, thus I'm going to run in the evening. I have a day trip planned tomorrow to see the Yankees. Thus, my cheat meal will likely be bratwurst. I'm bringing a 16oz bottle of water with 2TBS of acv in it. I will drink that prior to feasting on baseball stadium food. I'm very excited about this journey I am beginning. I'm going to take a very hot Epsom Salt bath this evening to relax and clear my mind.
I haven't had my breakfast drink yet. I guess I will have it around 10am. My main meal will be around 1pm. I have to go to the DMV this afternoon. If I have a meal this evening it will likely be a big bowl of steamed veggies seasoned with sea salt. I have a craving for that. I'm looking forward to preparing everything I need on Sunday.
Well, 7 minutes until I begin cleaning my bathroom (goal get it done in 30 minutes then have my breakfast drink). Time for one final check of e-mails and I have to purchase my train ticket for tomorrow. Afternoon (12:09pm): I'm making sure I get my water today. As I'm cleaning my home, I'm noticing little home repair tasks I will take care of this winter during my annual home check-up. I don't have any plans this evening, so while doing my 10 loads of laundry, I'm going to make my soup for next week and prepare my veggie snacks. I signed up for a fun run on Sunday morning. This run will provide me another opportunity to meet new people.
Evening (8:26pm): I took a very long nap this afternoon. I think the fatigue was due to not getting enough water. For some reason, I cannot drink a lot of water at home. At work, I can drink at least 50 oz during work and 16oz before I leave. I'm going to have a quart of water between now and bedtime. My metabolism is back up. I can tell by how hungry I am. I'm going to steam some veggies for 9pm. I likely won't go to bed until 12am, so my body will have plenty of time to digest everything. I don't know if I will get my bath in this evening. I really want to workout tomorrow morning, so I will take the bath on Sunday. I'm going to save the soup making for Sunday. I just want to relax tonight.
