I didn't do the Liver Flush on Saturday. I started eating food again on Saturday (7/22). I'm having cravings for Fatty Fish, Oils, Veggies, and Peanut Butter. I don't have a desire for alcohol, starchy carbs and junk. I don't eat until after 12. The Lemonades and tea are enough for me in the morning. I'm currently weighin 130lbs. Two more than I did the last day of the cleanse. That said, I haven't had many bowel movements. I'm also bloated. I started adding a tsp or two of ES to my water to help get things moving again. My menstrual eventually arrived, so I assume the weight will get back to being normal by the end of the week. My face has broken out a bit and I noticed a zit on my arm. I know my body is getting rid of stuff. Being constipated and bloated isn't helping. I'm addressing this issue now.

Overall, I enjoyed the fast. Will definitely do it again in the fall. Next Time, I will go 14 days without eating anyting. :-)
