Failure.
I feel awful for being weak
Date: 7/21/2007 5:35:29 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 3206 times Last night, I went out unprepared. I was already experiencing a low. I was emotionally drained and I felt like crap physically. I went to the movies with my sister to see Hairspray. I ate food. I was weak. I had some popcorn. Then I had 1/2 a burger. I know it was emotional eating.
I decided to restart my cleanse tomorrow. I think I will just go the ten days and then move on to rebuilding. I'm going to do a liver flush today. I want to flush out the toxins that have already been released. Also, it may help flush out some emotions.
I'm very dehydrated so I will have A LOT of water today. I have a gallon of lemonade sitting on my counter for today and tomorrow. We are going to a baseball game tonight, but since I'm doing a flush I know I won't be able to drink anything after 2pm. I will get my ES cocktail ready for when I come home. I think I will be able to drink that around 8 or 9pm. I assume that since my bowels are already somewhat empty, I only need one. I think one will be enough to get the ducts open especially since I've been using cayenne pepper. Already have lemons and olive oil, so I'm ready for that. Just need to stay on top of drinking LOTS of water. I need to drink at least a gallon of it today.
