4, 3, 2, 1 - Countdown to 6 months of Rebuilding
As I sit here and oil pull, I have to admit I feel quite relieved that I'm not doing any flushes or fasts.

Early Morning (4:50am): As I sit here and oil pull, I have to admit I feel quite relieved that I'm not doing any flushes or fasts. I think I took too much probiotics yesterday. They definitely cleaned me out. I will cut back on the pills, especially since I'm drinking Kefir. Last night, I wondered if I should take the probiotics & drink kefir for the 1st month of my rebuilding phase. For some reason, I think that will be best. A delicious receipe for hormonal balance was posted in the comments section.
I have to go back to Whole Foods today to pick up the following: Braggs ACV, BSM and cod liver oil. My body was so tired last night that I forgot to soak my nuts for the nut milk. Since I need to finish up the OJ in my fridge, I will use that for my post workout drinks until I run out. On Sunday, I will prepare everything I need for the week which includes: pitcher of nutmilk, soup, snacks and dinner for the week.
Time to spit out this oil.
Morning (9:00am): I went back to bed around 6:15am. My dog had to go out at 4:30am (I think the little bit of Kefir I gave him last night got thing moving in him too!). My OJ & Yolk drink was delicious. I don't drink "juice" often enough to justiy buying a juicer. So, I used Tropicana with calcium. The calcium is calcium hydroxide however, they add citric acid and malic acid to it. I believe based on the many discussions re: the Moreless Protocol, the acid makes it absorbable. I will add the Moreless Drink starting in the 2nd month. Two "drinks" a day is all I can handle. The 1st month is my breakfast drink and the hormonal balance receipe recommended by Curezone Member lilly. Then, the Moreless Drink (8-16oz) until the end of the 6 month period.
Anyway, now that I'm finally up I need to get moving. I'm meeting a friend for lunch. I checked the menu and my favorite salad from Joe Theismann's in on their menu too. Wonderful. Evening: Didn't go to the place I thought we were going to for lunch. Made the best choice I could (definitely not the kind of place to get a salad. I'm planning a series of road trips to take place this Fall and Spring. Its a spiritual journey to celebrate the rebirth of who I am. Some of these trips will be done with friends. Others alone. Tomorrow is a day trip with a friend. Next weekend will be a weekend trip alone. I'm looking forward to doing this, yet I'm somewhat nervous. I haven't done anything like this in a long time. Years. But, I know it needs to be done.
