Okay, I forgot to do an SWF or an ES cocktail last night. I know I have to get this stuff out of me. I've gone to the bathroom twice and passed about 10 stones. All of them looked old. I'm glad I'm not seeing any "new" ones. So, I assume there are more waiting to come out. I'm drinking water now so I am hydrated prior to doing an SWF. I drank some senna tea last night to loosen things up a bit. I will drink my liver drink this evening before bed.
So far, I've enjoyed this flush. Next time I will drink the yolk drink at night so I can see the results in the morning prior to going to work. I know I passed some nasty stuff, but unfortunately I wasn't able to examine what came out. The last time I did the HC, I used lemon juice. I couldn't get the oil and juice down fast enough. The first time I used limes (and I mixed in a bit of maple syrup), the 2nd time I used grapefruit juice . . . I didn't have a problem with either flush. I may have used lemons for other flushes as well, but something about the last one made me sick. I will say that from a visual perspective, its nice to see everything come out at once. I think next time I will have to grin and bear it and do 3 consecutive HC flushes just to see where I stand with stones. I recall my last flush not being that productive. So, I'm hoping I will be done with this soon and I can focus on rebuilding my liver.
Okay, I have to drink another 16oz of water and prepare my SWF for 7:00am.
8:03am Update
I drank my SWF at 6:49 and I finished it in 4 minutes. The temp of the water was soup warm. I took my dog out for a 20 minute walk. Thank god I made it home in 20 minutes. The SWF kicked in withing 5 minutes (around 7:25am). I've been going every ten minutes. Released some more stones. So far, I passed about 20-25 stones (including the ten earlier). I'm glad the SWF is going through me. I had some issues with this while doing the MC. I've had 1TBS of BSM so far. Will likely have two more for a Potassium boost. I'm really looking forward to my lemonades today. I'm going to finish off this cup of water and start getting ready for work.
