7 Day Egg Yolk . . .- Day 4
A little review . . .

This morning I drank an ES cocktail and hour before my drink. While I know it isn't necessary using this protocol, I wanted to open up the bile ducts. I would like to see some stones. Its been 30 minutes since I drank my drink and I can feel some purging going on. I plan on drinking a lot of water and lemonades today. Will likely do the lemonade only thing until tuesday evening. Its been so hot here, I don't have a desire to eat. I'm going to start running again this evening. Will only do two miles. Its time to start training again; it will also help clear my mind. I didn't do the enema yesterday. I will get the kit today and give it a try. My tummy is still flat. Also, my hair is very shiny.
February 6th 2008 is Ash Wednsday, that is the day I will begin my 40 day MC/Lent fast. Thus, August 5th, is the last day of cleansing, flushing etc until a week or two before I begin the MC. I'm going to spend 6 months rebuilding my body, exercising, skin brushing, working out, eating whole foods, and enjoying life. The only thing I will do on a regular basis is take a detox bath. I will incorporate the lemonades, BSM, cayenne pepper, ACV, daily yolk, oil and juice drink, a weekly fast day into my lifestyle. I may do one ten day MC when the season changes. That's it.
Well, I'm going to walk my dog before the 3 hour mark after my drink sneaks up on me. Based on experience, I will need to be near a bathroom around that time.
Evening Update:
I still haven't gone to get the enema kit. Yesterday afternoon, I went to take a brief nap. Well, it became a 3 hour nap. I forgot to do an evening SWF too.
