Lemonade & the Flush

Last night, 3 hours after dinner, I had an ES Cocktail (1TB of ES and 1 cup of wster). I then went to bed. I wanted the cocktail to clean me out either through the night or first thing in the morning. Well, I woke up, heard my insides gurgling and I had to go. Around 5:50am, I started drinking a quart of water to hydrate me and keep me going to the bathroom all morning. I decided that today, and likely the weekend, will be a Lemonade Day. I'm going to increase the amount of OO to 2 TBS today. I'm looking forward to drinking it.

I've been going to the bathroom a lot. As expected, three hours after drinking the beverage I had to go. I can feel my insides purging. I think only having the MC Lemonade is definitely helping things. Last night's Thai dinner is gone. I have a meeting at 2 and 3:30, so I'm going to wait until the evening to drink my ES cocktail to flush me out. I'm definitely getting rid of stuff. I had some stones this morning. Unfortunately, because the good stuff is taking place while I'm at work I can't "view" what is coming out.
Its looks like I can drink this everyday. Less oil and 1 egg. When summer is over, I will make a "Fall" version, using apple juice, cloves, & cinnamon.
Evening:
I forgot I was meeting someone for dinner. So I ate. I had a few slices of pizza which didn't bother me at all. I didn't bloat up or have acid reflux. My body digested everything nicely. I guess it was my cheat meal, which I will allow myself to have now and then. Anyway, my body was still getting rid of sludge throughout the night.
