7 Day Egg, OJ & OO Flush - Day 1
Ahh, the Liver Flush
Date: 7/26/2007 6:08:26 AM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 2881 times Today I drank my first cocktail of: 3 eggs, 1TBS of oil and 1 cup of OJ. The OJ wasn't room temperature. I hope that won't affect the results too much. I have to admit that it was quite tasty. I will make sure every ingredient is room temperature tomorrow. I decided to do this because the thought of doing another HC flush makes me ill. I've been putting off doing my Liver Flush. I hope this alternative will work. I drank some water 30 minutes before the cocktail. It had a pinch or two of ES in it. I been drinking that in the morning to get my bowels moving. I forgot we weren't suppose to drink or eat anything before doing this. I would think that would help get bile ducts dialated. We'll see.
As I'm sitting here typing this (its been almost 40 minutes since I had my drink), I can feel my insides doing something. Based on what I've read, so far, I should see the results of this in 2-3 hours. I'm going to go to work early so I'm near a bathroom when all of this occurs.
Update#1 (10:42am)
OH, MY. As I was walking down the street to catch my bus (9:15am), I felt the urge to go. One trip or sneeze and I would've had to change my clothes. I headed back home and went to the bathroom within a minute of walking into my place. My god, that stuff smelled awful. I can feel some pulling/purging around my lower back and under my rib cage. I started drinking water around 10:15qm. I'm going to drink tea as well.
Update#2 (4:50pm)
At 1:30pm I started drink 32 oz of water with 1T of Epsom Salts . I figured a quart would keep me from "flushing" everything out at once at the work bathroom.
In between 3:00-4:00 I felt some pain under my rib cage on the right side. Nothing major
I'm still drinking the water w/ ES. I'm also drinking plain water and lots of tea. I noticed stones this afternoon. I'm sure I will push out more before I leave for work. I don't have an enema kit. But I will drink a HC receipe ES cocktail before I start this over again tomorrow morning.
That flush is very gentle. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
On a side note, I'm reading the 1923 Pulitzer Prize Fiction Winner (One of Ours). One of the cures for a character that came down with a fatal flu that all the soldiers caught: 1 egg yolk mixed with OJ every few hours. The doctor character said its the only thing that would keep him alive. Oh, and Castor Oil to flush everything out.
