I do know it is very rare. I did want some feed back from someone that is AB-. I have adjusted my eating according to the blood type diet and have found that it does seem to have a positive effect on my body. I suggest you look into that if you haven’t already. I’m AB- as well, and I have often felt different than my peers. However, I honestly believe that this is how most people feel, even the ones who seem to ’fit in’. I consider this feeling to be based on our uniqueness, it’s what makes each and every one of us special. I tend to be pretty healthy, but I have had times when my immune system has been low, as well. Since cleansing and nutritional improvements, I believe that my immune system has also improved. AB- is just a blood-type, a characteristic. Hello I have been doing some research on cold pressed flax seed oil. I have read that if the flax seed oil is cold pressed then it results in getting only about 70 percent of the actual oil, and when it is heat pressed the amount of the oil that it results in gettin is about 95 percent. Does anyone know about what temperature is really cold pressed when making flax seed oil? I have AB- blood. I read that this is a very rare blood type. Also that ab- blood types have a weak immune system and need a daily supply of vitamin C. I find this to be true because I get the flu or some form of a bad cold at least twice a year, where as my siblings next to never even get sick. I also think that we are a rare breed of people. The few AB- blood types I’ve met are as unique as me. Not saying better or worse, just different. Stomach troubles, get the chorine and flouride out of your water and everything else. I drink from an ionizer machine, its a water purifyer that ionizes the water too. With that, the pH goes up and the water molecule structured. I think for AB-’s this is a must. Back in the 70’s as a good neighbour, I donated blood to the blood bank a couple of times; a nice thing to do for humanity no matter what blood type you are. After my second donation I was told that they couldn’t accept it anymore because I have an HBE antigen; which means that I’ve been exposed to hepatitus B and my body has produced an antigen to fight it. Last night we went out for dinner (his choice) Montana’s for beef ribs. There were basically 2 items on the menu that were suitable for me (salad or fish) so I chose the fish and substituted the fries for steamed vegetables. Not true! I’m an AB+, and believe me, there are many of us ABs out there, and we need to unite. I want to say something about people ”not needing” AB blood: from what I’ve heard, a doctor will not usually mix blood types when it comes to a blood transfusion, therefore AB donors are much needed in case another AB needs more blood! I just dug out a paper I printed out a few months ago from the BBC. It seems that there is a chemical called cotinine that is a by product of nicotine and this helps with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and has antipsychotic properties. What I was told was that AB is a universal receiver of blood but can only give to other AB types.
