Lymph drainage; massage; exercise

Someone on CureZone mentioned that most of us don't understand the importance of lymph drainage, massage, and exercise, in cleansing.

I think I would include baths in that list...especially the Himalayan crystal mineral salts bath. ...Skin-brushing, too.

The skin is the best detoxing organ we have...especially when we 'swim' in an ancient, unpolluted, ocean. A 1% solution of Himalayan crystal mineral salts, 1 kg. or 2.2 pounds to the average tubful of water, for 20 to 30 minutes, balances our minerals, in and out...by osmosis...as well as dilutes the toxins inside.

And likely some form of 'oil-pulling'. ...And optimism.

Certainly these are important steps in eliminating toxins loosened by cleanses of various kinds.

R.G., in the Ask Humaworm forum, mentioned that the toxins from parasite life and death cycles, cause more damage than the parasites themselves.

Someone else suggested that some parasites take on our DNA, thereby avoiding attack from our bodys' T-cells, which are charged with the responsibility of recognizing invaders.

Most confusing!

F.
