Sounds like you're making some progress with Huma, congrats! I have a thought about this:

I hate them and they're not the first thing on my list to do, especially when feeling badly! However, I had experimented enough to have found some relief in this method, but this was out of sheer desperation to get rid of the pain or discomfort. There is always immediate relief, especially when I did them in the morning or before going to bed.

I have a good friend who told me that her grandmother was an herbalist from the "Old Country" somewhere in the Balkans. She told me that when anyone complained of headaches, her grandmother believed that the person had parasites (no doubt in your case!) and they also did enemas.
