Headaches = 'die-off' = bowel sluggishness ?

This is a huge and confusing question, I know.

But, this is one attempt to simplify the 'problem'. Perhaps this might give people a place to start in researching their own unique situation.

I have headachiness right now. I am a few days past my second Humaworm parasite cleanse.

Headachiness has been my number one repetitive symptom during and after both cleanses.

In between the vague headaches I have felt both 'ordinary' and extraordinarily well, by turns.

I have other persistant 'symptoms', but have decided to tackle the BM thingy first, hoping that the others will topple like dominoes if I 'fix' the bowel question first.

Urinary urgency stops when I eat brown rice, because (I believe) brown rice is one source of IP6. I cannot tell you what a relief this is, though I don't yet sleep for much more than 1 1/2 to 2 hours at a stretch. My awakenings are now more tolerable. (Probably I will have to experiment more, to learn how to reset my sleeping schedule.)

About a week after my first Humaworm cleanse, I was lucky enough to try a week of food probiotics...a daily dish of fresh pineapple mixed with fresh papaya (one poster believes that this combination contains all the digestive enzymes we need); home-sprouted mung beans (done in a jar on my kitchen counter - see Sprouting forum); and a course of Bio-K. (This last I took about 1/2 a container, daily, so that would be for 12 days. It tasted like the finest, mildest buttermilk. Very nice.)

Living foods, all of them.

Soon after I passed two of the strangest stools I have ever seen...both on one day, a few hours apart.

The first was nearly white, pasty, with a small amount of very dark brown attached at each end.

The second had no dark brown and was a pale, unnatural, pastel green, dotted with what looked like poppy seeds... parasites of some kind.

There was no pain or any other unusual sign. Nor was there any repetition or remainder to come in subsequent movements.

I could only conclude that these were 'deposits' of some kind, from somewhere in my digestive tract.

Because I also have (or had, and now have another) a large gallstone 'zipping' back and forth in my bile duct, not passing...where I had before passed one large one spontaneously...I wanted to believe these 'deposits' came from the duodenum, but they were probably from the small intestine...I guess.

The beets from the garden are coming in, and I have had good fortune with them, especially the greens, in bathroom functions. This time around, too.

I have always had a difficult time increasing my water intake. (I think it is Telman who gives a good description of why many people have difficulty drinking more water, in the Liver Flush Forum .) Still, I have upped my consumption to about 4 or 5 coffee mugs per day...often as hot as tea.

I have been taking single drops of Castor Oil often in the past couple of weeks.

Two days ago I easily passed what may have been another 'deposit', light brown.

I will try another week of the food probiotics soon.

Then I will try another herbal liver flush, or the basic olive oil and grapefruit one...I haven't decided which.

I have eaten huge amounts of fresh home-grown veggies, often raw, and small amounts of the Humaworm 'in-between' herbs, and onions and garlic...all the while.

A cheese-lover, I've had very little. I eat quite a few eggs, mostly soft-poached. I am switching, slowly, from butter to the better oils.

I hope to drop some more of this abdomen and large hard midriff that has plagued me for too many years.

Any hints?

I will report.

Fledgling
