I am so glad you posted....What you are describing is EXACTLY what I have been going through lately. Particularly the carpal tunnel type symptoms. I even resorted to wearing a wrist strap for a week cause I couldn't take the pain.
I also dislike salt loading and avoid wear possible. But I have increased my water intake and salt intake this week, and must admit I do feel better. Even taken the wrist strap off. I am continuing a 3 drops a day (plus painting) and am more convinced than ever that low and slow is the way for me go.
