Re: some issues that have arisen lately...need input
allowing the body time to reset and readjust is a very good thing. a lifetime of deficiency cannot be corrected in a week, or a month, or even a year. our bodies have adjusted and compensated for all manner of toxic exposure, mostly by storing it because the pathways of elimination were inadequate to this onslaught.
i have read nothing in this thread but good advice. i also see nothing about these circumstances that tells me that
Iodine is contraindicated. if anything, it is too effective and must be administered in phases.
i am not real big on the helping supplements, especially as a continued exercise. the only exception i have made to this is the salt. it is necessary for hydration and for displacement of bromide from the kidneys. salt is as old as the hills in human diet. nothing unnatural about it.
in fact, look at hydration, which is dependent upon adequate salt intake. most of these symptoms are of a nature in which histimines are involved. these are aches, pains, swelling, itching, rashes, coughing, sneezing, etc. this is THE symptom of drought and dehydration in the body per the seminal research of the late great iranian doctor, fereydoon batmanghelidj. his book, the body's many cries for water, must become a part of everyones thinking who wishes to have optimal health.
