Re: Day 17 + 18: exhausted and depressed

Actually I find your posts action packed and fun filled! As I mentioned, I worked for the bloodsucking resorts here in Mexico. Oh yeah. The Bottom Line!

But look here, dear. EVERYONE knows Water Fasting is not something you can do with a very active schedule!!!! Did you miss that part? Here you are drinking WATER for 18 days dealing with the public and the bloodsuckers and never having a moment to yourself!!?

BlueGreen is lying in the sun in Australia, dreading a three day SEMINAR for pete sake!!! Just the thought of all that public is overwhelming! YOU are on the front line every day!

I have done a tight schedule while fasting, but ALWAYS with the support of The Master Cleanse or fresh juices. I always had energy to spare, and my energy INCREASED as the fast progressed. THAT is how you fast on a hairy schedule!!!

At the very least, you should be doing a plain water enema. Getting toxins out can bring your energy level up. Yesterday I had a very productive professional colonic and initially felt very low (went home and took a nap), then woke up feeling... kinda good! Today I feel great. Better out than in!

Anyhow, if you want to continue your fast but cannot go on the way you are, consider breaking on juices. SIP small quantities of fresh orange juice (not bottled or canned) throughout the day, along with your water. You should get instant relief. Continue on OJ til you are ready to quit fasting, then plan to do a good long break (longer fast requires longer break)! I am sipping OJ today, and the transition is amazing. I feel alive again!

Water has been quite an experience for me, and I hope a good thing in light of my colonic circumstance, but I have gotten EXCELLENT results on juice, and never had a bad day barring crises. I even did my usual gym workout during my 60 day fast.

Consider giving your body a little assistance here!

Thinking of you, crazy person!

Big hug,
Somer
