Post Flush Cleanup

Coffee Enema I am wrapping up the liver flush with 2 coffee enemas. Examining the bowel release from the 2 coffee enemas, I noticed that there are no more green biliary sludge or pea sized lumps. The bowel appears clean. There is no chaffe. Psyllium and Bentonite Tonight before hitting the sack I will drink a P&B shake to help to help scrub the intestinal walls and absorb remaining toxins and hopefully not suffer any ill effects. Overall Result Overall, I must say the liver flush was not painful in the least although distasteful drinking the olive oil. The epsom salt was not bad at all. For anyone contemplating a liver flush, I can only say from my experience it was not as painful an ordeal as I had feared. I was not in the least 'wiped out' the next day as some posters have reported. Although you probably should be close to a toilet the next day so don't plan on going out anywhere.
