Just make sure that with every meal you have some good oil, the body needs it.

Food without oil does not digest well. Use olive oil, sesame, coconut,flax, unsalted butter etc.

I have made adjustments to my flush. On the day of the flush I eat a light meal between 4-6pm. But I don't eat any fat on that day. I just can't go without food.
