Try drinking several glasses of water. Epsom Salts is an osmotic laxative and works by creating a salt concentration in the intestines which your body needs to dilute in order to maintain proper pH balance. The sheer quantity of fluid and waste within the intestines will result in the bowel expelling its contents. If you were not well hydrated prior to the flush, you may not have sufficient body fluid reserve in order for adequate water to be pulled into the colon. It is important to be well-hydrated prior to a liver flush...and to replenish fluids and electorlytes following the flush.

Start drinking water and see if things start moving...you might be pleasantly surprised! When I flush, I usually don't start seeing stones until the afternoon (although I also get diarrhea before I even drink the oil mixture the night before)...and when I give myself a colonic 1-2 days later I am still passing stones!!!
