Did anything happen so far? Are you normally constipated? At first I felt the same way that nothing is happening. But after my fourth epsom salt, I feel I've had enough for the day. I wonder how long shal I wait til I can do anohter flush, any ideas?

I had one more bowel, which had even bigger stones. I bottled all my stones and put it in a freezer. I hope you get your stones out today. I am very happy, my first time flush was great.
