In regard to antibiotic resistant type bacteria, there is a therapy which has developed to a point of extraordinary efficacy originating from Georgia {U>S>S>R}
It is based on using bacteriophages to destroy targeted bacteria. It has a very high success rate, however, I am not sure about it's use in this part of the world. Could be worth looking into. Shroom
