Thanks--I have done most of what you have suggested for myself but I tend to go lightly on everything because of the terrible herx reactions I get, which I don't think my daughter would tolerate during the semester while trying to study. But maybe could send her with the CS spray and start with a drop of lugol's iodine...I have not been reading much lately about the coconut oils as far as infections go and thought it was good for thyroid. What did this do for you?
