You are new around here and have actually "contributed" little to nothing on this forum. Because of the hype of the gossip rags and desperate dieters looking for a quick fix this forum and the water fasting forum just about became useless and the "fasting for weightloss forum" had to be created so we could have some semblance and education of the actual purpose and tradition of fasting . There are hundreds if not thousands of sites for dieting and weight loss. If thats what floats your boat then by all mean go there.
There is not a single line in the repost sez anything whatsoever about not losing weight on the MC. It just explains how it actually works and how to actually use it succesfully as part of a weight loss program. The post even clearly states that every one is different.
I have a sugestions for you that will prolly help you with this little anger problem you have. Here is a simple yoga exercise to help you with anger management. First stand with your feet at shoulder width and bend over at the waist. Now wrap your arms around your knees firmly and pull till your head is as close to your knees as possible. Now slowly turn your head forward like you are trying to look up at the heavens. Alwrighty then, see that stick hanging out your butt. Now reach up there and yank it out!! ;+D Whew!!! Feel better now ;+D Wait Wait that was only part one for the anger management part. Now in the spirit of holistic healing to complete the process check your local continuing education adult classes and look for a "remedial" reading course or one that focuses on reading comprehension then perhaps you'll comprehend what was actually written in the repost............................;+D
