Erase, I agree with you totally. i to have fasted in the past and not gone back to "perfect" eating habits. I only gained back 5 pounds of what I lost. I think everybody is different and I am so SICK of reading the same post about WEIGHTLOSS AND THE MC!! I think we all "get it by now" and can make our own choice as to if we agree or don't agree, from our own personal experience. This same person also get digs in on peter Glickmen and that he is just out for the all mighty dollar when it comes to helping people with the master cleanse. I for one find peter, and the other Master Cleanse board, very helpful with alot to offer. I certainly don't hear him making comments about people on curezone.
