--Herbicides and Pesticides--Low pH--

Your Question:

I used to get thses cramps, from child hood on. Havn't had sine the 2-3d week of using the diest, drinks, and baths. Still have problems with pH dropping a bit too much at nite, even when following yr ideas re meal timing and composition.

Will try to be sure I have a little extra BSM late, and try the hydrogen peroxide baths.

For many years, I have not been very active of excercised regularly, but am now able to and doing so will that help with lung acapacity and oxygenation also? Would a little exercise shortly before bedtime help? I usually do it early in morn.

Could the inhaled pesticides and hebicides last spring have damaged my lungs? I did not have this problem before then, when I first started with your protocol. If so, any ideas on how to help this heal?

Answer: Herbicides and Pesticides may Cause the body Tissue to become too Acidic, because they may Inhibit(STOP) Oxygen or other needed Alkaline Minerals from the body being able to utilize !

These Herbicides and Pesticides may generally be stored in the Fatty Body Tissues when "WE" have been exposed to them as our body is trying to Protect us from them !

Because the Fatty Tissue is the Bodys way of trying to Protect "US" from Poisons !

And because of this, then when "WE" do something in our Diet to Cause our body to Lose some of our Excess Fatty Tissue, then these Poisons may be Released into our Lymphatic Fluids, thus Causing "US" to become more Acidic and give "US" more Health Problems in the Process of our body trying to get rid of these Poisons !

And this Health problem may be much worse for someone who does not have enough Reserve of needed Alkaline Minerals to Buffer these Poisons as they are being Released into our Lymphatic Fluids !
