I used to get thses cramps, from child hood on. Havn't had sine the 2-3d week of using the diest, drinks, and baths. Still have problems with pH dropping a bit too much at nite, even when following yr ideas re meal timing and composition.
Will try to be sure I have a little extra BSM late, and try the hydrogen peroxide baths.
For many years, I have not been very active of excercised regularly, but am now able to and doing so will that help with lung acapacity and oxygenation also? Would a little exercise shortly before bedtime help? I usually do it early in morn.
Could the inhaled pesticides and hebicides last spring have damaged my lungs? I did not have this problem before then, when I first started with your protocol. If so, any ideas on how to help this heal?
