Re: Job #2

I hope it's true, cause I eat a bunch of them little fishies myself. Being so small and young, they don't have much opportunity to accumulate metals as do larger species. Little fish are in the top 5 healthy foods. Full of the necessary fatty acid oils, but also high in DMAE, which removes lipofuscin from the brain and is itself one methyl group short of being choline and hence a precursor of a neurotransmitter. That's why people who eat the right fish are smart, healthy, and tend to live longer than those who don't imbibe em.
