I always read labels. I even have a little pocket guide in my purse to the worst of the worst. In the past I was always very careful about eating low fat and low sugar. I used to weigh 118lbs. Since learning that low fat is not the way to go, I have stopped eating low fat. I eat only good fats, VCO, Olive oil. I do still have some margarine - I must stop that! But now I weigh 135lbs. I believe in the principles that are being taught here at CZ, but just wonder when they are going to start working in my favour.
